Jarnee Jack
Russells was established in 1986 by Mrs Marnie Thornton and her daughter Mrs
Janet Hamblin. Marnie is living in the northern parts of NSW,
at the farm Weona, in the beautiful surroundings of Currabubula.
Janet resides with her family at Nyngan.
Jarnee is a small
breeder, who strive to breed for temperament as well as confirmation
and puppies are reared in a family environment. |

In 1988 a bitch
pup was purchased from Erica Wilkens of Malung
Jack Russell Kennels in Victoria, who was to
become the basis of the Jarnee bloodlines.
This bitch AUCH Malung Skye
Lark was mated to
AUCH Malung
Laird Of Joyreve and this mating produced four
pups of which two were retained, a male and female
born in January 1993.
The male AUCH Jarnee/JR Just Jock
has been the main stud at Jarnee and
still lives at Weona but his sister Jarnee/JR Just Jessica,
living with Janet and her family at Nyngan,
was sadly killed by a snake in
November 2006. A Jocks daughter,
Jarnee/JR Just For Fun, is also living with Janet and her family.
Yet another bitch has been purchased from Erica
Wilkens, AUCH Malung/JR Melantha,
who mated to Jock has produced, to mention a few,
Jarnee/JR Just Macgregor CD ADX JD SAAD and
Jarnee/JR Just Madeline AD JDX AD, two
excellent Agility dogs. |
